2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing
Pricing may vary based on site conditions, material type, and project scope
Minimum service hours may apply
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Scheduling is based on availability
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations may be subject to fees
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.) will be outlined in invoices or agreements
Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate job details and site access
Ensure job sites are safe and accessible
Comply with all local laws and regulations
6. Liability
Legacy Hauling, LLC is not responsible for:
Delays caused by weather or unforeseen site conditions
Damages due to improper site preparation or third-party actions
7. Subcontracting
We may use qualified subcontractors to complete services while maintaining quality standards.
